Can Chicago be a good Olympic host city?

I think it will be between Chicago and Rio. For Chicago to get the olympics in 2016, they will have to be selected by the USOC as the US host city. Rio is having some trouble at the moment with Pan American Games. However, if they have a sucressful games it will help them in their bid to host 2016 Olympics.The applications to the International Olympic Committee are due by September 15, 2007.
